Thank you for a wonderful 3-night stay – it was our first time here, but won’t be our last!

Last night Matt played the evening show – it was impromptu.  We wanted to let him know that he did a fabulous job, and to thank him for taking my request (even if it was yelled out!).

We tried to say something after the show, but the doors were locked.  We also wanted to thank Matt for doing such a great job of welcoming people to the resort – it is a real knack to remember names, but it goes miles.
Not many people or many places do that – Disney cruises springs to mind – and Matt at Fern.  Nice touch. Thank you again for a great show.

To the rest of the staff, thank you for a great time.  We loved the whole experience.
